Welcome to our webshop for Diab-branded merchandise. These products are a great way to spread our message and display our logotype and we encourage you to use them. As you can see, many products can be ordered for free. However, please note that, if the order of some products exceeds a certain amount, we will charge you for the extra items. This is clearly indicated when you enter the amount. You will be charged the freightcost.

Standard items will be available indefinitely, while other parts of the assortment may be evaluated and changed. For any comments and/or suggestions on the contents of the web shop, please contact the Group Product & Marketing team.

Custom order
It is possible to make customizations to items and orders if needed for specific events. For requests on custom orders, please contact the Group Product & Marketing team.

Access and ordering
The shop is available to everybody.
One person at every Diab office has been appointed responsible and given access to the web store.
To find out who has access to the web store, please refer to your manager.

Buying Information
All prices are displayed and billed in Euros.
Delivery terms: FCA (Free Carrier)

Your products will be sent within 1-5 working days after we receive your order. Some of the products could have a longer delivery time. In this case this information is shown in the information of that specific product.

Remarks on the products should be made latest fourteen days after receipt.

Shipment and freight cost

Shipping cost is calculated on weight or volume whichever is highest. Please note that prices could be changed without further notice. UPS Standard by truck in Europe takes 2-4 working days. We will always choose the cheapest alternative. If you prefer a quicker delivery please make a note of this on your purchase and express service can be provided at an additional charge. If You want to know your freightcost please make a note of this on your purchase and we confirm freightcost before sending it.

1 m3 = 280 kg. This means that UPS, TNT and DHL will calculate on weight or volume whichever is highest.

Return of goods
Incorrect goods will be sent in return on Connect Marketing´s account.
Any other returns will be paid by receiver.
